We’re looking for a hands on and ambitious generalist manager that will help Leest survive and thrive. This person will work directly with the founder in derisking efforts by executing on a variety of tasks, with a focus on removing friction from the product development flywheel.

We are a bootstrapped early stage startup with an evolved product based on customer insights, iterations, and experimentation. We are not yet serving a market because we have not yet answered the question on what segment to focus on first, but we believe we will know this soon.
We have been running lean and short-handed, which slows us down, but gives us more agility. Once we have product-market fit, we will transition to running fat in order to defend our position in the market.
We are smart, passionate, and nice people. We like to make work fun and we value creativity and collaboration. We run remote today, and we may transition into a hybrid model that encourages personal interactions as we grow and develop a culture.
