We’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious, and very skilled software engineer that will help Leest survive and thrive. This person will work directly with the company lead in de-risking efforts by executing on a variety of tasks, with a focus on developing a reliable product quickly and without much resources.
We make advanced use of Flutter (Dart) to power our mobile Apps, and we use the Firebase suite in a serverless way. We prefer coding in a functional style, but we remain flexible and pragmatic. We are a bootstrapped early stage startup with an evolved product based on customer insights, iterations, and experimentation, we believe we will close the sales loop and settle on an initial market this year, and we will fund raise once we have enough confidence that this makes sense for everyone. We are not yet serving a market because we have not yet answered the question on what segment to focus on first, but we believe we will know this soon.
We have been running lean and short-handed, which slows us down, but gives us more agility. Once we have product-market fit, we will transition to running fat in order to defend our position in the market.
